The Department of Student Life and Leadership Development at T��ɫ��Ƶ kicks off Latinx/a/o Heritage Month with a virtual celebration, including a discussion about each of the Latinx/a/o Heritage Month honorees.

The kickoff takes place on Tues., September 15 from 12:30-2 p.m.; to RSVP, please click . The honorees will be featured on a virtual and on-site honoree wall, and three individuals from each of the 21 Latin American countries were chosen to be featured. 

There is also a separate subpage for each country, which will display the honorees. The subpage will showcase each honoree’s name, what they are known for, and a short bio with a reference link. The virtual event will also include fun games such as trivia and bingo.

All semester long, the new will offer CCNY students the opportunity to engage in a variety of events virtually, such as clubs, organizations, activities and more. Student Life and Leadership Development is continuing to work diligently to provide virtual experiences, a pivotal aspect of the CCNY student experience.
