Sending Your Accommodations Memo

Requesting Accommodation Letters/Memos through Accommodate

Each semester, you must complete a Semester Request, which sends your accommodations to each of your faculty members. Use the link below, and follow these directions:

  1. Login using your CUNYFirst Account ( first.last##@login.cuny.edu )
  2. Click Accommodations > Semester Request
  3. Choose "Add New", and choose the current semester
  4. Finally, select "Submit for all Accommodations"

Once you're done, your request to submit your letters to instructions is sent to your Access Specialist. They complete the semester request, and your instructors can log into Accommodate to see your letters. You will also be able to download a copy of your accommodation letter as well.
