A $146,500 gift to the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at T��ɫ��Ƶ will support the establishment of three funds to aid the school’s must vulnerable students and to support faculty mentorship of student research. Dr. Robert R. Alfano, Distinguished Professor of Science and Engineering at T��ɫ��Ƶ and one of the world’s pre-eminent researchers in the field, is the recipient of the IEEE Photonics Society’s (IPS) 2024 Laser Instrumentation Award. The Seaside Institute has bestowed the 2025 Seaside Prize upon T��ɫ��Ƶ’s architect and Professor June Williamson and her writing and research partner Professor Ellen Dunham-Jones.
