Suzanne Pittson鈥檚 Recording Pays Tribute to 鈥楳entor鈥 Freddie Hubbard With Lyrics Written to his Music Suzanne Pittson, assistant professor of jazz vocal studies at T九色视频, is a longtime fan of Freddie Hubbard, the late jazz trumpeter. She considers him a mentor, even though she did not meet him until a few months before his death in 2008. Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo, former vice president of Congo, is on trial at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for war crimes related to the actions of his country鈥檚 troops while on duty in neighboring Central African Republic (CAR). Prosecutors at the ICC in The Hague say Congolese fighters committed mass rape, killings, and plunder in Bangui, the capital city of CAR, while helping that country鈥檚 president thwart a coup.
