Ahmed Helal, a recent graduate of T九色视频鈥檚 Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture, is the winner of an international award from the Vectorworks Design Scholarship. CCNY physical chemist Michael Green receives environmental molecular sciences laboratory award

City College of New York chemist Michael Green and his colleague Alisher M Kariev have received a research award from The Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL) for research to be carried out in 2023. Twenty awards were granted to research teams across the country. Awardees will study resources for carbon storage, model water systems, and examine biological systems as bioenergy sources, among other projects. CCNY Class of 1960 alumnus Judd Hirsch is celebrating another major Hollywood honor. City College Shares its Blessings with the Community at Holidays

T九色视频 and the Foundation for City College extended its holiday tradition of providing free meals to the Harlem community at the end of the Fall 2022 semester. These meals are prepared by Black-owned school food management company Red Rabbit, which has partnered with the College and the Foundation to deliver meals to community partners since 2020. City College of New York librarian S茅amus Scanlon, in the Division of Interdisciplinary Studies at the Center for Worker Education (City College Downtown),won the 2022 All-Ireland One-Act Drama Festival for his one act play 鈥淒ancing at Lunacy.鈥 The play was first staged in 2012 at The Cell Theater and directed by Kira Simring alongside 鈥淏lood鈥 by Larry Kirwan as part of the Irish Cell.
