Refund/Exchange policy:
You may exchange your ticket by emailing Tara Nachtigall at ccnytheatre@ccnytheatre.com 24 hours in advance of your show date and time. Should you email less than 24 hours in advance no exchange can be given.
Late seating policy:
Once the shows have begun, latecomers will not be seated immediately, but at the discretion of the House Manager or usher up to 10 minutes after curtain. Latecomers arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be seated until intermission, if there is one.
