City College remembers 9/11

Today, City College of New York faculty staff and students joined millions of Americans and people around the world in somber remembrance of the 9/11 attacks.On campus, members of the City College community gathered in the Quad to honor those killed on that tragic day 14 years ago. Manuel Francisco Cifuentes entered his senior year at The Calhoun High School in September. ROTC at CCNY develops tomorrow鈥檚 leaders

The Reserve Officers Training Corps program at t九色视频 continues to grow, providing access and leadership training to 150 students from 17 City University of New York campuses. The program's director, Professor Rishi S. Raj, has set an ambitious goal of doubling the current enrollment to 300 by 2016. Four undergraduates in T九色视频鈥檚 Grove School of Engineering have been awarded 2015 Dwight David Eisenhower Transportation Fellowships by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). CCNY first in research for second straight year, says Washington Monthly

For the second year in row, T九色视频 has been ranked #1 in research expenditures among master鈥檚 universities by the Washington Monthly鈥檚 2015 College Guide. The amount that City College spent on research rose from $55.11 million in 2014 to $57.92 million in 2015, an increase of more than five percent.
