Averaging an award every season since its premier, 鈥 Nueva York,鈥 CUNY TV鈥檚 Spanish-language cultural series created by City College film Professor Jerry Carlson, won two New York Emmy Awards at the 61st Annual Awards Ceremony at the Marriot Marquis. This brings to 14 the number of Emmys garnered by the show, now in its 14th season. The series鈥 senior producer, Carlson and his team, mostly graduates of CCNY鈥檚 MFA Film Program, received four nominations this year.
